I was prepared to leave a 1 star review upon arriving and seeing “Masks required, no exceptions”. Before leaving however I noticed they actually provided masks prior to entering so I walked back and put a mask on and entered. Excellent inventory and store. Staff seems friendly and helpful. I left with a couple good records. Though I disagree with the mandatory mask propaganda, I very much respect that they were reasonable enough to provide them to still allow customers to visit. Thank you so much 🙂

Well categorized store with sections that aren't too broad. This makes it easier to look for what you're interested in on a more specific basis than most stores. Some bins are filled too tightly which actually makes looking harder, but this can be looked past with the nice selection of new and used that the store has. They also have a good amount of clearance vinyls. Used CD's are priced well too. There's still a sign for masks (and they provide a box of masks at the door), but it wasn't enforced when we went in most recently. Staff were nice.

My best online record buying experience. Recently ordered an LP that I only found available with reasonable price here. It was shipped very fast and Russ is very responsive through emails. My record arrived after 3 days in perfect condition! Will definitely recommend and buy from them in the future.

I ordered from 10,000Hz records for their post record store day sale online. The website was very easy to use and shipping was very fast to Illinois.

Russ even reached out individually to let me know he was going to combine two separate orders and refund me the shipping difference. Will definitely reorder from this store again in the future after this wonderful experience .

So my wife surprised me with an original press Primus Punchbowl record from 10000hz. Received it in as described condition. Record played flawless and sounds excellent so their rating was a little conservative IMO. I couldn’t be more pleased and will not hesitate to order from them again. Thank you!!

Been there 3 times and I loved it. The employees were very nice and helpful and understanding. Came back to get a warped record exchanged and I didn’t have a receipt but they were very nice and still let me exchange it. Overall an amazing business and will be a go to shop.

I’ve been buying records from here since 2021. It is incredibly organized and a warm vibe as soon as you walk through the door. I love 10,000Hz! Thank you guys (and girls) at the store who have crafted a wonderful hometown music sanctuary 🙂
