I have worked for 1st class events services for almost 2 years now. I love the flexibility. I can work as much or as little as I want. There is always many events to choose from in both Los Angeles and Orange county. The management and office staff are amazing.Nicole Madrid and her office staff are always available and are extremely organized. They have many clients and are always adding new clients which is great because we have many opportunities to work. This company really cares about their employees and I have always been treated with respect. I really love working for this company and would highly recommend working for them.

It has a very flexible schedule and the shifts take place in many different venues, including the Academy Awards, the Grand Prix of Long Beach and many more. Nicole, the Director of Hospitality, and her team are very accommodating and professional and they create a very family like environment. I have used 1st class event services on several occasions. I have been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, working for some of the most successful companies out there. 1st class is by far THE BEST staffing service for the hospitality industry that exists, and I have used many. The staff is AMAZING! Recently I used them for a Parish Fair dinner here in Manhattan Beach for 500 guests. Everyone was raving about how awesome the staff was. They went above and beyond to make the event a success. Such a great company!

Nicole Madrid, the event coordinator is very unprofessional and uneducated. She treats the employees badly and uses forms of punishment as retaliation if an employee misses a day of work. She is extremely difficult to work for and is very rude. It's no wonder why they have a one star rating.

And the ONLY reason she let me go was because I contacted The Labor Board against her after I was harrassed by a man at the Long Beach Convention Center. She is very unprofessional.
