I needed help diagnosing a problem I was having with my passenger door latch. I was referred to First Quality Glass and specifically to ”The nicest man in the whole world”. They did not give me a name. After three hours of stewing over our delayed departure time I felt I could use a nice man. I went to the First Quality shop and asked if they had the “nicest man in the world” working there; apparently so, because a gentleman came and I shared my situation with him. He said he would take it back to his shop to see what was going on. A short time later he brought the van back totally fixed!! He fixed my door so my husband and I could leave on our trip after being delayed for four hours by our door latch malfunctioning. Amazing service, so much kindness shown. I highly recommend everyone to First Quality Glass for their auto glass needs. You may just meet that one guy, you know “the nicest man in the whole world.”

Great customer service. Quick turn-around. Lowest price.... I called on Wednesday, made an appointment for complete windshield replacement Friday morning. In and out in 40 minutes! New glass, looks great! Everyone was professional and friendly. Free coffee while we waited. The cost was the lowest when I called around for quotes. If I ever need another windshield or a repair, I'll definitely be going here.
