I run deliveries from time to time. Although I didn't eat here, the aroma was mouthwatering. The employees were really nice and helpful. They were quick with getting the delivery together and, at the same time, helping incoming customers. Decent amount of dining space. Good vibes. It was during lunch rush. Therefore, parking was none. I mean that, literally, no parking spaces available. It's also in a business, restaurant, shopping center. I was parked in a red zone for about 10m. It's still holiday time. Perhaps some people are still off from work or still have family in town. I say give it a try! I was tempted to give the food 5-stars just from the smell alone!

Easy parking and nice space but that's it for positives. Around $18 for a small double cheeseburger and fries, no drink. Fries were luke warm, restaurant was very dirty. Table not wiped, food on floor. I had tried it once before and thought the first time may have been an exception but not the case. Won't return.

Great burgers and shakes if you are willing to take the calories overload ... great location in a quaint and very charming mall with plenty of kids and adults attractions ... and some serious competition on Sundays from the food truck court. I've been a fan now of Shake Shack burgers as a cut above the rest of the typical burger joint for a while, and restaurants continue to be cleaner and more pleasant than that average joint ... price increases have made it a bit less of a great value than it used to be just 18 months ago. The photos are from the surrounding outside the store as we did quick takeout and forgot to take pics inside.

I ordered 13 fries. I got a box with maybe half that amount. No one mentioned that they were not going to put the fries in their own boxes like normal so when I got back to work I had to separate them into thirteen different trays, which should not have been necessary. So not only was it a ton of extra work for me, I was shorted a ton of food that I paid for.

Food was ok, nothing amazing, especially for the price. The lemonade was good. Staff didn't really interact with us, we ordered from a kiosk and someone dropped off the tray. Not really anything the staff can do about that. Restaurants, especially fast food are just becoming too expensive with no interaction and boring vibes. The fries were pretty good though!

We really enjoyed the burgers we got the other night. This was my first time having Shake Shack. The ordering process was easy and the food was done quickly. We played Foosball while we waited, which was fun. I like the bacon and cheese fries I got with my burger. The burger I got was cooked well and was still nice and juicy. I’ll definitely eat here again. It was more expensive than the average burger place but it’s a nice treat every once and awhile. The shakes here were great!

Attention to detail is very lacking in this location. I shouldn't have to do your job to VERIFY you give clients the proper order. If you're understaffed for holidays hire more people don't give people the wrong orders. I wasted my lunch due to your negligence and this isn't the first time this occurred either. If you're in the service industry put an emphasis on serving your clients not doing bare minimum to take their money

The very first visit ever in my life 🤷🏾

I started out with the initial five 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 mostly because I was homesick and #Prince came on while I was in the lobby ❤️ so I just knew I was in for a special treat and that all changed quickly the burger was slathered and almost invisible under the black truffle sauce as it was “plentiful” so much that I just wiped it off. The chicken bites were so salty and the breading came off as I tried to pick it up to eat it 🤦🏾 the best part of my meal was the fries they were still warm when I got back to my hotel 💯
Take your time people and put it together like you want your food to look 🤷🏾
