First time in a professional studio and was super juiced! Aaron was very kind and greeted us immediately. He helped calm our nerves (mostly mine) because I was nervous for no reason lol lobby area had coffee and tea and I think an espresso machine if I’m not mistaken. Bathroom was clean and that’s the biggest thing for me ever and anywhere I go is public restrooms cleanliness. Thanks Aaron for taking care of us and making sure we were comfortable.

Long story short: 7 group vocalists, recorded in 5 hrs, with producers in Australia over Zoom, managed to get all of this done in a day, for a Gospel Group in Australia, it was fun, smooth, worth it because we sang in our native language, yet the playbacks and queues of each timeframe n segments were more precise than I could’ve imagined. Thank you Erin for doing amazing work with us for the upcoming project.

I had a wonderful experience at Laughing Tiger for my piano recording. The studio is warm, inviting, and spacious, and I loved the rich, live tone of their C7 Yamaha. I felt really taken care of in the hands of these excellent, friendly professionals. I kind of felt like a star! 🙂 From the thought Ari and Erin put into setting up the mikes for my particular recording, to being open to tune my piano down to 432 Hz, to Ari's highly intuitive and expert mixing, I’m delighted with my experience. Ari’s really down to earth, easy to be around, and totally nailed what I was wanting from my recording. Thanks, Ari! I highly, highly recommend Laughing Tiger!

Spacious and comfortable lounging area, plenty parking space, clean facilities, and an overall cool and creative atmosphere once you step through the door. Erin is Yoda in the control room. Will definitely be looking to record more projects with LTS in the near future!

I had heard good things about Laughing Tiger Studios - now I believe them. From beginning to end, recording background vocals for another artist with Ari made the perfect session. I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment I walked in. He has an incredible "ear" and his skill and experience are evident throughout the process. He could hear everything I could hear for adjustments (and more) and I appreciated his knack for perfection; very rare in this world of mediocrity. Ari captured my vocals clearly, fully - perfectly. He worked with me in a way that caused me to step up to the plate and give the best performance I could give. I can't stop listening to the recording and the project isn't even done yet! I love coming in to Laughing Tiger. I've worked with a couple of bands that have recorded at this studio and I've found that atmosphere the owner Ari Rios creates is one that is relaxing and creatively stimulating. Laughing Tiger is top notch! I worked with Ari and Aaron mixing a song I recorded myself at home using ProTools. The song needed a lot of help. My sound quality was horrible. I brought my hard drive in with the song and we set it up through the big soundboard. Listened, discussed options, and began mixing. Ari's ear and equipment expertise changed the quality of the song from "dull" to what I would call "Radio ready". This time was only for mixing, but the next song I want to record the entire piece at Laughing Tiger. Great rooms, Awesome equipment and extremely Professional sound Engineers. And so close to San Francisco. Door to door from the city. 15 minutes. Thanks Ari and Aaron.
