Last night I attended an amazing performance by the Miró Quartet and Lara Downs of Classical KDFC in the Barbro Osher Recital Hall. As I walked down toward the address at 200 North Van Ness, I looked up to see the most beautiful glass enclose space 11 stories above me. I thought how much I wanted to see that space, then found out that this was in fact the concert hall I was heading to. Hearing the fabulous musicians play while seeing the beautiful San Francisco cityscape behind them was a beautiful experience. The only downside was that the space felt cold despite my wool sweater and jacket. So, pro tip - have another layer ready to don.

Attended the SFCM Classical Kids Day. Amazing building with wonderful acoustics. The recital room is small with two walls of glass windows. Not a bad seat in the house.
