If you are selling your home (as we were), Patty provides a high value, comprehensive, turn-key service. Need to know what to do to the house to increase your selling price? Patty knows and can get it done very quickly and a very competitive prices (less than I would have paid). She has a team ready to go who can paint, do yard work, replace counter tops, install a new appliance, new carpet, new toilet, clean windows, etc. She manages her team, makes sure the work gets done on time, and even pays them for you (you pay Patty back at close). Patty can also order all the necessary inspections through her own contacts. She also has a stager. Need to get rid of some valuable furniture? Patty has the contact. Get rid of less valuable furniture? Patty has someone who will pick it up. Need a mover? Again, Patty knows who is good and sets you up.

In short, for any impediment to moving and getting a house ready for sale (getting rid of stuff, moving, fixing up the house, staging it well, etc.), Patty has a excellent, readily available solution for you! We were not looking forward to moving and selling the house (so much to do!!), but Patty just made everything incredibly easy.
