An exceptional music venue run by an exceptional artist and human being. Discover chamber, jazz, and folk music in an intimate acoustic setting, surrounded by a community of enthusiastic music aficionados and listeners. This is the way music is meant to be performed and enjoyed. Look no further for an awesome musical experience… it is worth the trip if you’re in the area, if you’re planning a coastal vacation, or even just to get the chance to hear one of your favorite artists up close! Maybe I’m a little biased… but hey… as a musician who has played SandBox many times, I think you can trust me…

Magic happens at the SandBox, where an eclectic array of performers present high-quality and deeply personal content in a remarkably intimate space. A lot of the magic has to do with the organizer, Michelle, a gifted cellist who is herself on the program sporadically, and whose labor of love the SandBox represents. I'd rather keep Sandbox as my own little secret, frankly, but in order to survive and thrive it will need to draw a broader audience, so here we are

Our architect organization holds an Arts + Architecture lecture series at the SandBox. It's a beautiful, large space for lectures with, all necessary AV technology available, and the owner is great to work with.
