This staffing agency is one of the best; great hospitality, and successful results! I have not had the pleasure of formally becoming antiquated with staff. However I follow an employee by the name of Felicia, who posts potential position details for those following. Recently, I just so happen to see a job that fit my sister in law... Not only did Felicia have her working within a week after her reaching out; here we are a month or so later and she is now, transitioning to PERMANENT FULL TIME!

New mom? Devoted mom, just needing extra cash? or Trying to just get yourself back into the work world, No problem yesterday she posted a part-time job in the 7AM- 11AM 17/hr. perfect for a mom trying to get back in the swing of things or ANYONE REALLY! AND THAT IS JUST 2 OF MANY!

I DO NOT want to mislead because I do not know the exact job selections that they receive; I just know from what I see on her page and personal experience...

I DO HOW EVER, RECOMMEND YOU GIVE THEM A CALL! ALSO (don't be intimidated to connect and) BE OPEN WITH WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR (so you can receive suitable placement) . It more than likely will also give everyone a successful result.

The other recruiter helped me out with finding me a job I actually enjoy coming too. Good pay, good schedule she was very friendly professional and helpful. I think her name was Lina or Linda something like that overall she made finding a job really easy. I have started to refer friends to the company and will be calling anytime I need help looking for work or know anyone looking. 5 stars well done !

This agency is horrible I am writing on behalf of my husband. I was in the hospital unexpectedly we have nearly one year old daughter who we watch on opposite schedules. The week of Easter we learned we were exposed to Covid so to be safe we notified them he was exposed. They were kind and gave him a day because he was exposed but tested negative the next day, unfortunately he knocked a rib out of place the next day and couldn’t lift anything heavy which was his job at a warehouse. Then Sunday morning I was unable to breathe to find out I had an obstruction in my airway and possibly cancer is what they told us so I had to have a procedure done the next day. All very sudden and unfortunate things. I was unable to do anything for myself and he had to stay in there with me. Their girl who answered his call was cold and not compassionate at all and said WE will have to terminate your employment. They could not give us a date when I would be out of the hospital and he let them know that and that was their reply, not I’m sorry you’re going through that not trying to work with him.

We called and asked to be put on a wait list for the ware house he worked with right when I got out.

We then learned that they hired more people for the position after telling him there was no openings.

We also learned that your staffing agency LIED to the employer and said my husband terminated his employment which again was a flat out lie! He made every effort to work for you!

I could understand that so many things happening in one sitting could sound fake and believe me I wish we didn’t end up in those situations and had paper work to prove we weren’t making it up but how inhumane of your recruiters! I pray if you ever find yourself in life circumstances someone shows you more grace than you have my husband!

If I could give this place a zero star review I would they are rude and LIARS.

I had nothing but an amazing experience thru Hedy Holmes staffing Tracy. The assistance I got from the first phone call to the hiring process was nothing but great. Ms. Short helped me step by step thru the whole process to insure that I got all my paperwork in on time to be able to start in the next day. I refer all my friends due to the best customer service I got at Hedy Holmes Tracy. Thank you again for the best experience to further my work goals.

Called to get help with finding a job, the girls I spoke to sounded like they were maybe in their 20's...1st girl who answered tried to get me off the phone right away until a "recruiter" stopped to tell her to transfer the call to her. Spoke to Recruiter Alanna, or something like that. After getting very little information about me she advised that they didnt currently have anything in the Tracy area for me, but assured she would send the required paperwork to get started with them as well as some instructional video and or assessment to me via email. I never received the email. Absolutely 0 follow up. These "recruiters" at hedy Holmes really have no motivation or intention of helping anyone get a job, and clearly doing the absolute bare minimum to get paid and say they have a job. More than likely a bunch of "mean girls" taking selfies and posting on social media all day annoyed that they have to work at work. Dont waste your time or effort. Indeed does more work in helping you find a job than these "recruiters." The Hedy Holmes managers/owners, NEED to do better in their hiring of recruiters, before these little girls put off all of their potential clients. Their job is to help, and they clearly are not trying to do that at all.

One of the worst staffing agencies Ive had the opportunity to work with. They take forever to communicate and listen to nothing you have to say but the worst part is when my pay becomes the issue. Like not processing my sick time or time cards and I have to wait extra time to receive my paycheck. Would not recommend

The service is TERRIBLE. In the process I had to fill some papers to receive an email to create my account. Till this day the email never has come… I send an email to the lady who sent me all the information asking why it is taking so long. I have not received an answer and this was 2 weeks ago.

I suggest you to find another company.
