I want to give a huge thanks to both Elsa & Jesse for all their help and support ! I am beyond than blessed to have been able to meet you guys as well as the rest of the talents. Everyone there was always full of positive energy and were really encouraging towards supporting each other into getting out of our comfort zone. After some research, this Agency seems a little sketchy and I will personally not be doing business with them. Their replies to the reviews on here are conflicting with the information on their website and they do not state how the money works between them and the models/actors.

To put it simply, there's not enough transparency.

3 Stars because this is just my first impression of them.
Results may vary, do not pay upfront for ANY Agency.
Legit (talent friendly) Agencies make their money by taking a small percentage of your income AFTER you're offered an audition and have negotiated your fee for the actual project itself. No more than 10%, that's the standard.
Do not pay for "Headshot Packages" either.

K Model and Talent Management has kept my daughter so busy that I haven’t had a chance to write a review! About a year ago my daughter Viktoria walked into Elsa’s office with a goal, she wanted to become an actress. Since then Elsa has done an excellent job guiding us through this industry. She recommended an amazing acting school (inspire talent training) which has helped Viktoria perfect her skills. We are so grateful with Elsa and her team for the success Viktoria is having. If you’re looking for a good responsive agency to help with your career give them a call. I guarantee they won’t disappoint. FYI this industry is very competitive and you will only succeed if you put in the work. Please do not expect to get famous overnight. Thank you again KMTM.

Honestly, being with K talent agency has been the most exciting, hopeful , and ambitious experience. I’ve never seen myself or placed myself in a position where I had potential to be an actress or a model for any film, whether it be a short film or commercial. Now I see that, and thanks to K talent agency for seeing potential in me, because I believe in myself too. If I didn’t know what it took to be part of the film and entertainment Industry, I’ll learn so I can get better and K talent agency is there to provide that support. K talent is so much help with parents and I can not appreciate them enough to not only a helping hand to parents but actually guide them through it all.
