I've been with Big Fish and Melissa for 6 years. I've had an incredible experience working with these guys. They really look out for their actors, and Melissa is a wonderful advocate for her talent. Elyse is also a great agent. She handles Background Extra gigs and is so personable.

I lucked out when I signed with this agency (my first agent ever!). They work hard. I don't know what Melissa saw in me when she decided to sign me, but I'm super grateful to know that someone with her amount of experience saw some potential in me.

Big Fish NW Talent is such a trusted, well-respected agency in the PNW because of the team behind the scenes. They are a SAG-AFTRA franchised agency, which is important for actors-- even if you're not a union actor (yet!), this tells you that the agency you're working with is upholding professional standards (+ not taking advantage of actors). Melissa has a reputation for hustling hard & I am so thankful for her advocating for me & pushing for me to take risks when I'm not feeling confident-- she's shown me I can do more than I thought possible! Additionally, I always feel confident in speaking up for my boundaries, and know I will be supported.

RUN Studios needed 23 actors for a narrative shoot and three scenes involved families with children. Melissa Baldauf supplied us with a large inventory of talent including actual families of actors. We chose 3 families with children ranging in age from 8 to late teens. You can't imagine how smoothly shooting those scenes went as the family chemistry was real and instant. The final scene took place in a bar with 14 actors all of whom were talented and professional. I highly recommend Big Fish NW!
