We came here to board our shuttle to Whittier for Alaskan cruise on Royal Princess. The staff were mostly older folks but they were welcoming and wanted us to enjoy ourselves. The entire operation was very organized although the handling of our luggage could be better as we saw the younger folks just tossing them onto a truck. The hall we gathered in was huge, bathrooms were located downstairs and were huge as well

Very comfortable place to wait for our shuttle back to the airport. Free baggage storage was the best help. Nice restrooms. Nice people with very helpful information.

We were only here for a short time. We were checking in for our cruise. The convention center was large and clean and seemed to be up to date. It was easy for our uber driver to find and close to everything downtown.

This is a great idea! Free shuttle to airport, as someone else mentioned, and luggage storage. Clean bathrooms. Walking space. Lounging space. Power Outlets.

Very cool ..ending a cruise in Seward
. Then bussed down to Anchorage..10 hour layover..so the cruise line put all our luggage in ballroom.. and guarded it.. then let us enjoy our day.. then a quick bus to the terminal for flight home..very good service and support for travelers.. . Bonus....

The Egan Center is perfectly placed in downtown Anchorage.

Surrounded by food, drink, and outside areas; the Egan Center not only attracts large private events, but also those public annual events. On a sunny hot day the Egan Center will get very hot, so dress light. If the event includes alcohol or large crowds it will get much hotter, so find water.

Restrooms are in the basement, but don't forget to go upstairs for a view.
