Joan Hawkins of Cameo Model Management is truly amazing! My daughter, Lauren has been with Cameo for less than a year, but I could not be more pleased with the amount of growth she has experienced in her modeling in that time. Mrs Joan helps her talent to develop their looks and skills to achieve success.
Mrs.Joan never stops working for her people. Lauren has gained in confidence as she has been made comfortable with public speaking, posture, model walking and skills for conducting interviews. These are skills that will be valuable in any area of life. Mrs Joan does this by not only her own classes, but by bringing experienced, amazing people from the industry to work with Cameo’s talent.
Personally, what makes Cameo special to me is the true care that Mrs. Joan shows for the individual. She seems to truly care and want the best for each talent. Yes. She can tell it “like it is” and there are those individuals who can’t handle constructive criticism. BUT THAT’S WHAT SHE IS SUPPOSED TO DO!! How else is an aspiring actor/actress or model supposed to grow without advice and instruction?
So yes, I have been very pleased with our time with Cameo Model. It has been a great experience and we look forward to many more special times with this family! Thank you, Joan Hawkins and everyone who works with her. You are all amazing!!

I have been working with CMM for a long time. Joan is straight shooter, and incredibly honest, she has guided me through the acting world without sugar coating. She has great connections in New York and Los Angeles, which I have gotten much work from. She is very well respected in the business. She has connected me with great acting coaches and photographers from New York, which i would never be able to find on my own. For someone that's looking for a true mentor, I have found the best. If I could put 10 stars, I would.

They helped jump start my career in the entertainment industry. I started out in Mobile and since meeting them they’ve helped guide me as I’ve gone from LA to NYC. I’m a a full time actor and model now thanks to them. Can’t wait to see what else comes down the pipeline.
