I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Osbrink Talent Agency. I expected professionalism and inclusivity, but instead encountered blatant racism. During my interaction with the receptionist, I was shocked to hear disparaging comments about Asian features, specifically about "Asian eyes," which were deemed "not marketable."

Such comments are not only offensive but also reflect a disturbing lack of understanding and appreciation for diversity. It was clear from my experience that Osbrink Talent Agency is not interested in representing Asian talent, which is incredibly disheartening in today's multicultural society.

I hope Osbrink Talent Agency takes serious steps to address these issues and work towards creating a more inclusive and respectful environment for all aspiring talents.

My experience with Osbrink Talent Agency was profoundly disappointing and disturbing. The agency’s blatant lack of professionalism and deeply ingrained prejudice were evident from the start. The front desk receptionist was shockingly rude and dismissive, displaying a level of incompetence unbefitting of a reputable agency. However, the true atrocity was the behavior of the agent, whose blatant racism left me appalled. The agent had the audacity to suggest that Asian features, specifically Asian eyes, were not marketable—a statement so steeped in ignorance and discrimination that it reflects a deeply flawed and outdated mindset.

This kind of behavior is not only unacceptable but also deeply offensive. In an industry that should be embracing diversity and representation, Osbrink Talent Agency is, unfortunately, lagging far behind, perpetuating harmful stereotypes and discrimination. Their unwillingness to recognize the value and beauty of Asian talent reveals a narrow-minded and exclusionary approach that has no place in today's society. I strongly urge anyone considering this agency to look elsewhere, as their unprofessionalism and racism are glaring red flags.

I am shocked by the one stars! The crew at Osbrink is nothing short of amazing! They did everything they said they would and then some! Their communication is tremendous and they are patient to the newcomers! Dawn, Selena, Heather, and Virginia are SPECTACULAR, and we are humbled, appreciative and extremely grateful!

Osbrink staff is professional and friendly. The waiting area is clean with comfy couches. We had a great audition for my kids here! They are a top 10 LA agencies for kids.
