I recently interacted with Patti and I feel compelled to share my experience to inform others. I approached this agency with interest in putting my child in modeling prepared with simple questions and the hope of a professional interaction, but was met with responses that were far from what I expected.

The agent, Patti, displayed a level of rudeness and arrogance that was both surprising and unwarranted. Basic inquiries were met with responses laced with vitriol, making the interaction uncomfortable and unproductive. This type of behavior, especially in a field that involves interactions with children and their guardians, is concerning and unacceptable.

Professionalism and courtesy are fundamental in any industry, particularly one as sensitive as child modeling. The attitude displayed by Patti not only undermines the reputation of her agency but also raises serious concerns about their approach to client relations and ethics.

I believe in constructive feedback and hope this review serves as a wake-up call for Patti to address her issues. Prospective clients and partners deserve to be treated with respect, and it is unfortunate that this was not my experience.

In summary, I strongly advise caution when considering Generation Management for your child modeling needs. The professionalism and courtesy that one would expect in such sensitive dealings were notably absent in my experience. It doesn't matter if you've been doing this for 40+ years!!

I would definitely recommend Generation Model Management. If New to the business, or with experience. Patti Fleischer is the best in the business when working with child models and actors. You can trust that they will work hard for their clients and do what's best. They have a long history and great reputation. They represented me from the age 10 to 17 years old until I moved on to an adult agency.

We have had a wonderful experience with Generation. Patti and Ellen are the best! My daughter has booked far more jobs than we’d ever expected and we have had an absolute blast every time. Payment us always been on time so far, and they communicate to the best of their ability. It’s definitely an industry that requires flexibility, but that’s due to the client’s changing shoot schedule, not Patti and Ellen. I can’t say enough good things about them. We are blessed to be able to work with them.

My daughter has been with Generation for 4 years. The day we met Patti and Ellen was so exciting. They were great, and they do have a sign on their door. I have a picture of it actually ?. Still 4 years later every call and email is just as exciting. My daughter has booked multiple projects over the years for incredible brands. She has been paid for every job and I have never had a problem getting a payment. People posting negative reviews are parents who are upset that their kids don't work. It is not Generations fault when a kid doesn't work. The clients choose the kids, so instead of posting a negative review maybe put your child in a different activity that won't cause so much trauma to your own ego.
