My partner and I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in KoP as we are from out of town and were interested in visiting the area and had a fantastic experience. Although the hotel was hosting an event during our stay, which made it quite busy, the staff, especially Hakeem at the front desk, handled everything flawlessly. Hakeem greeted us warmly upon our arrival and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed despite the bustle. His friendly and professional service really stood out. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet also had hot foods. Despite the busy atmosphere due to the event, our stay was very enjoyable, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

I stayed here for business. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The food for breakfast and lunch was delicious. We did not eat dinners at the hotel. The gentleman in charge of serving us breakfast and lunch was friendly and happy. He hums as the works. Very pleasant. The room was nice but the shower had low water pressure.

The lobby of this hotel is very nice. It's modern and updated and impressive. It is also clear that the actual hotel rooms themselves have been updated. They have modern furniture and features. However, the elevators and hotel room hallways appear to have been an afterthought. The elevators are rickety, and the hallways are long and dimly lit, classic horror movie vibes. During my stay, I had a significant issue with my room, and the front desk team handled it absolutely great. I was treated warmly, and with care, and it really made all the difference in recovering my overall view of this hotel. I'd like to specifically acknowledge the front desk manager, Ackeem, for providing me with excellent service. Overall, I would stay here again. I'd just know what to be prepared for.

My husband and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Philadelphia King Of Prussia and had a wonderful stay. Denise, who was working the front desk, couldn’t have been more pleasant and professional. She allowed us to check-in early which allowed us to spend more time shopping at the mall. It was a refreshing experience speaking with someone with exceptional customer service skills. She is a true asset to the IHG Hotel & Resorts company. I will certainly be staying here again. 5 stars! Thank you Denise and to all who work here.

Our company held our annual training in one of the conference rooms. Worst experience ever. The food provided was damn near inedible. The burgers they served were somehow burnt, raw and cold at the same time. Also the condiments were either cocktail sauce or some type horseradish sauce. Also served ribs that were 90% fat and also cold. To top it off was the “soft” pretzels that not only cold, but like trying to bite a cinder block. Very disappointing, how the hotel wasn’t embarrassed to provide such a service is beyond me.

My family was thrilled with the artwork hanging. Bright lights throughout the building. Soft bed, lovely furniture, warm room and nice view.

Breakfast was served with a variety of foods including fruits, nuts and vegetables.

Delicious eggs cooked just right, potatoes sautéed with green peppers and onions.

The setting was perfect.

The entire staff was absolutely wonderful!

Special shout out to the lovely lady that worked the hotel bar. I cannot remember her name, but she was so friendly, stylish and I appreciate her engaging me in a very pleasant conversation at the end of a long day of a conference I was attending!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it for short visits, especially for travelers looking for convenience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the King of Prussia Mall and with easy access to the highway. The staffs were kind and respectful. The room, while slightly dated, was clean and comfortable. For an overnight stay, most travelers would likely be satisfied.

I believe it’s helpful to mention a few minor drawbacks.
1. The heater/air conditioner is a bit noisy, and when it’s not running, I could feel some cold drafts in the room.
2. The TV system is outdated. While it does have an HDMI port, it lacks the modern smart features that many hotels now offer.

Despite these small concerns, the hotel serves its purpose well, especially for short visits. I’d definitely consider staying here again.
