After living here 10 months, I found the manager to be rude, uneducated, cruel and highly unprofessional!
I AM SORRY I STAYED SO LONG!
Fabricated lies about 'violations', uneducated comments, I have been slandered, printed lies about, my character defamed,and discriminated against!
This is why I started legal action focused on the manager!
I am unable to contact the property owner to inform him of the troubles this idiot has and is causing.
She decided I am her target to abuse as she sees fit.
DO NOT FALL FOR THE SWEET TALK!
I made that mistake myself.
IF YOU HAVE MONEY , DRIVE A HUGE RV, OR GAVE A LARGE TRAILER, YOU ARE WELCOME.
I HOPE THE OWNER/S READ THIX AND MAKE CONTACT WITH ME...I CAN FILL THEIR EARS WITH FACTS THEY WILL NOT LIKE!

I agree with the post of Gary Woolverton . The corporate don’t stand up for the management, they dictate policy but do not stand behind and support management. They only care about the almighty dollar, they will let anything in the park for the dollar. They need replaced quickly and promptly. Used to be a good park until corporate come in and ruined it. I have lived in park for 6 years, but no longer

Stayed for a week and I loved it! It's not fancy but it has a good vibe! There's tons of games and social gatherings and the people were really friendly! Thank you to Gloria for a fun game night and being such a warm, welcoming person!

It is a RV park, they have clean water ? machine, sell propane,the place is very nice and clean. Laundry room,showers, mail room.and ? game night, cards, puzzle ? movie ?and so much in one big room. They also have movie night outside and Games, fire pit ?, neighbor's come out to visit.the is also a dance hall room there is so much going on.I haven't been to any of these yet. But I am looking forward to it soon.want a great place to enjoy life this could be for you.the managers really care for there residence.

This park has change terribly in the six years that I have coming here! Once was a great atmosphere has turned to very bad. Had trouble makers from north (last 2years) trying to to take over and control everyone! Now we have a mentaly ill under age man (supposed to be 55 and older park) threatening to kill people! This has been goin on for 3 months, How long should people be subjected to this! How long would they themselves endure this. The park is doing nothing only to say I can’t! The park took on new owner 4 years ago. New owners (corporate) only have one intention and that is money! They will do absolutely nothing for there paying customers! Say they have a right to refuse service to anyone! What a joke, anyone with a dollar is let in. If you like trouble it is the place to be!

This is a friendly park!!! It's nice and quiet and people look out for you! The owners are very nice. There are 2 laundry rooms and we have activities going on all the time. There isn't a reason why you should be bored. There is even a pool room with 2 pool tables.

Park was great. Office staff was awful...no one seems to talk to one another. They put us in a site that was way too tight,sewer hose wouldn't reach, then they switched is to a new site and charged is$260 more. Our mail was" lost" and it took intervention from local post office to find it ..it was at park the whole time. Watch your electric bill. Many complaints from all of the residents around us felt they were overcharged. That being said, park itself was nice and clean. Many amenities also . Laundry room was huge and very clean.

Very quite & peaceful park to stay in. This park has many activities to choose from and there is something to do each and every day and there is a pot luck and concert every Sunday evening during the season. The owners and managers bend over backwards to make sure your stay is as good as it can be and very pet friendly too. Two very clean laundry facilities, two sets of restrooms with hot showers, two very nice building to have events in, pool room with two pool tables. 70 to 80 precent of the people that stay at Sun Country RV Park are repeat customers and has that family atmosphere.
