Takes advantage of talent and doesn’t pay when production sends checks. Will be unprofessional and whiny when pressed about it as well. NO AGENT CAN HOLD MONEY LONGER THAN A WEEK. Do not trust Michelle or amber, Big productions will not work with magna due to them rarely answering the phone so be prepared to give up great opportunities Due to their incompetence. If you don’t have an agent just follow Chris Freihofer’s email list, he sends all the casting calls out! All amber or Michelle will do is forward them to you anyway so they are completely unnecessary. The only thing they negotiate is their own commissions, Remember this before signing up with this Terrible business.

I switched over to Magna Talent Agency because I was promised there would be solid communication. After many emails having gone ignored when trying to communicate about other clients abusing some of us, those emails and calls went unanswered.

However, when it comes to having to decline a role, they do not take accountability for their part in it. When trying to contact them the emails and phone calls went on ignored. therefore I was left with no choice but to contact the production to have to cancel the day of, finding out from the production, my agent did nothing.

There is a reminder that talent agents work for you and you do not work for them. It seems this company has forgotten that.
