This is the most educational Festival around. The knowledge that the reenactors have is spectacular, every question was answered. The fact that it was free, is pretty awesome. The fashion show is so fun to watch for ideas for costumes. I can't wait for the next one!

The Riverside Dickens festival was a lot of fun. I went with my mom and my two young neices and there were activities and fun for all of us to do. The food vendors were very tasty and the children's tea party was adorable. The costumes and outfits were great. People really got into character. I'll be back again next year.

I love this Festival, I wait all year for it. I always go both days and attended both Fashion Shows. This year I have to give it only 3 stars because on Sunday it was ruined by the Fired Up bar's way too loud, obnoxious music. When the manager was asked to please turn it down by the Dickens staff, he blatantly refused with a bad attitude. A six month old business should not be allowed to ruin a 30 year old Riverside tradition and we couldn't even hear the speakers and skits. Shame on Riverside for allowing this.
