I'm here sitting outside working on my things I need to do I'm approached by a security. I look up as he says I can't sit there they want me to keep this area clean " who is they" who told you to who said I can't sit here did allied universal say that or the city. this is city property a public library. That hired to observe and report. Even if a crime is committed u not da po po. I get up and move begin to record the situation. Eventually he admits it's him. After I tell him I'm going to see who gave these orders. He goes ask the librarian she says that's what the seats are for. He turns red. She overlooks him tells me I'm fine " he is new(" that's on Allied universal hiring anybody anywhere). No training please don't move your more then welcome to stay. Here's the things he didn't want to ask the gentleman in the pick to move only me.. thats the rasisim hidden in Allied Universal give other small security w company's the contracts that what keeps north county different from San Diego

IRS is the absolute worse of any bill collector. Getting an appointment is a nightmare. If you arrive without an appointment you must wait out in the hallway. I asked the guard if they could provide a chair. I explained I have ataxia, loss of balance. He again said sorry, no. The next man to come in HAD an appointment. I asked how did you get an appointment? He said he came in 3 months earlier and this was the soonest he could get. Mr. Security guard came out and told me. Not all the workers have extention knowledge and I'd probably need to set another appointment after this. Seriously the guard was telling me "these clowns are all ldiots " came home very defeated. It thing was 3 certified letters from IRS. It never ends!

Nice place in San Marcos. Houses a public library that is well maintained and a very good collection. It also houses a preschool, IRS assistance center and other amenities.

Went there for the Christmas tree lighting event and we loved it. The best part was when Santa came in a fire truck and climbed the ladder all the way to the top of the tree. My kids liked the fake snow a lot! The parking lot was full so we had to park in the shopping plaza across the street.

Quite an impressive town center. We attended the lighting of the Christmas tree(sort of a Charlie Brown Christmas tree if you ask me) and they had Santa Claus climb the truck ladder to light the tree. Quite a nice presentation.
