I walk in at 1:30 pm, asked for a patch on my tire. I understood that the were WAY too busy. Asked if I could drop off tire and they can call me when it's ready, they said would be perfect. I go to do errands, no call. It's 3:45pm they close at 5. I should be getting a call soon. Drive back to the place, tire is still waiting were I left it at the counter. Asked them if I could pay (maybe they need payment). They finally take it back. 4:05pm it's done. The charge: $57.90. REALLY... WAITED ALL THAT TIME FOR 10MINS OF WORK. Plus, you have the the Audacity to charge nearly 60 for what's essentially a SLIME tire kit? Also I checked if it's the same charge for tires that they put on, still the same charge. Go buy a tire kit, save money. Don't come here for flats.

Great customer service. I left my Jeep to have repairs done and I had to go out of town before it was completed. They told me it wasn’t a problem for them to store it till I returned the following week. I normally don’t recommend businesses but this is an exception. It’s refreshing to find a business that cares about their customers!

Great people and amazing attitudes. Not only did they get me the tires i needed, they helped to ensure that my engine was also ready for my trip. Steve and JK are two of the easiest people to work with. Just remember to speak into JK’s left ear. He’s tone deaf in the right.

Steve, JK, Sam and the other staff have been so patient with me. I bought a car from CarMax that on paper was fine but when I got it home had all sorts of hidden issues. They went above and beyond to ensure that every single issue was fixed and that my car was finally safe for me to drive my babies in.

Excellent service.Very honest and did a fantastic job on my truck.I have taken my truck to 2 different service locations to have my headlights adjusted on my lifted Dodge truck.Nobody ever got it right.Whoever worked on it at Lakeport Tire finally got it right.What a difference. On top of that my truck is handling on the road perfect now.I highly recommend these guys.
