My experience with Avanti was surreal. From the moment I got signed, everything was made super simple going forward. I had the privilege of learning from modeling/acting coaches with years of experience who shared priceless knowledge on the industry as a whole as well as personal advice regarding one’s own strength and weaknesses. I also had the honor of meeting the director of Avanti, Jennifer Ames, (via zoom) who came with a very welcoming and open heart since the day I was scouted. The whole Avanti staff is deserving of praise and recognition and I hope to return very soon. 10/10 experience!

Signing with Avanti Model and Talent Management was one of the best decisions I ever made. I found myself forcefully retired at an early age and with not many options. I was really just existing... then I found Avanti and thought I would see what happened.
I was really just looking to occupy myself and instead found myself surrounded by like minded creative people who taught me so much more than just modeling and acting. They gave me new purpose. The friendships I have made, the lessons I have experienced, and the skills I have added to to my life are priceless. I can't wait to see what my future holds. Avanti workshop weekend was organized professional and fun. Exceeded my expectations. Definitely a level of professionalism that helps you prepare to the real world of entertainment. Avanti is the best gift I could give my daughter to help her in her dream of becoming an actress.

Me and my parents were on a zoom audition for the FIRST time with this agency. I'll tell you it was not a very warm welcome. The CEO Jennifer Ames who was also the meeting host was extremely rude. My parents had a question and she kept muting my mic. I ignored that. I turned my camera off for 2 SECONDS and she was quite mean about it demanding me to turn it back on right away. She kept telling my parents to sit down in a hostile tone. I hadn't said one word the entire time and I was kicked me out of the meeting without any disclaimer within the first 30 secs of the audition. There are simply nicer ways to talk and build an impression to people who look to invest into YOUR agency. Good luck ahead "CEO".

Thank you Avanti and all of the amazing staff who so patiently and purposefully educated us and prepared us each week to understand the model and acting landscape! I appreciate John Keoni Stevens and his selfless dedication to excellence. We were a large diverse group and he moved us along from mayhem and confusion to seamless performances and professionalism. We did that together as a team. I have such respect watching and learning from John and all of the talented and experienced coaches. Every word, every activity and every action on their part was purposeful in leading us towards understanding of how the industry works. Their patience and positivity was amazing.
