Unprofessional and unwilling to recognize their own mistakes. They care more about the bottom line than about representing actual humans. I was apparently put on PAUSE as a talent on their roster without being told because (according to them) complaints from casting. There were maybe two or three instances where I had to turn down an audition due to my job job, some I had booked out and they just forgot or messed up. When I was told I needed to give them 100% availability, I told them that's basically impossible unless you want me to not have job. They dropped me by saying "While we recognize some our talent need to have a day job, this is ours..." TBH the auditions they got me regularly weren't even very good. Sign somewhere else if you can and don't let them just randomly shelve you without telling you.

My daughter never got anything through signing with this company. Were with them for almost two years and got zero leads. I emailed Blake many times asking what was going on & what we could do differently. After about my third email he dropped my daughter as a client out of nowhere. It was unwarranted, very unprofessional & very unhelpful.

The Aqua Team is professional and direct. They have only a small roster of younger actors but the office is family friendly. The agents care about more than just making money. We love working with them.
