I’m so torn writing this review because I feel like there was a lot of good but also a really big problem after the fact. I recently booked a face painter and balloon twister for my daughter’s birthday party on Sept. 21st. The day of went off without a hitch. Both artists showed up on time and did really amazing work. However, the very next day (Sunday) I was getting phone calls from concerned parents that attended our party saying that their kids were experiencing reactions from the face paint. I immediately reached out to Taylor, and she told me she would reach out to the artist. Come Monday morning, the day of my daughter’s actual birthday, I was still receiving calls from parents and they had sent me pictures of their kids, which I forwarded to Taylor. One parent said they took their child to the ER cuz the reaction got so bad and the Dr. told her it was a chemical burn! I sent all that information to Taylor, who in turn responded that she believed it to be sunburn from the sun, but both myself and the artist told her the party was indoors. I reiterated again that the Dr said “Chemical burn”. There were a total of 5 kids and one adult that had reactions to the paint. The artist did reach out and apologized for the inconvenience, and I did let her know that I was frustrated that it’s my daughter’s birthday, we were at Disneyland, and yet I wasn’t able to enjoy it cuz I was doing damage control. After the artist reached out I no longer heard anything from Taylor, and all I was basically told was that they are “looking Into what could’ve caused it.” I haven’t heard anything since. This was such a bummer since both artists were super sweet and very talented, but the aftermath was INCREDIBLY frustrating. I felt absolutely horrible that my guests children were dealing with chemical burns and a few were so bad they were kept home from school, and all I got was sorry. I hope they really do figure out what caused this mess and hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Seriously, they really made my party! We had a balloon twister and a face painter at my 3yr old son's birthday party. We had kids of all ages in attendance, so having them there was perfect! Even the adults had balloon creations made for them! They both came early, were so polite and very efficient. Our face painter Brittany brought her own equipment with no extra charges and her designs are incredible! The adults were asking to extend the face painter time because they wanted to get some done. And the balloon artist was the best that we had seen. He knew how to make just about everything!

The booking process was easy too, and after I received all the rave reviews from our guests, it was confirmed that hiring Taylor Entertainment was worth every penny. Thank you so much!!!

I look forward to doing business with this company when we have more parties. 🙂

Yasmin did a fantastic job again as our balloon artist! She was such a hit with the kids and adults. It was a train theme and the first thing she made was Thomas the Train for my son. She's super talented and really made his 2nd birthday extra special.

I used this company yesterday for my daughters 5th Birthday Party!! We had the glitter tattoo and caricature package!!! Our caricature artist was Monica & she was sooo great!! Our guests loved them!!!! Our glitter tattoo artist did a amazing job also!!! Both artist arrived punctual & were very sweet!!! Love Love LOVE the service & I definitely recommend them!!!

The face painter we hired arrived to our event on time, and did an excellent job. I would definitely use Taylor Entertainment again. They were extremely professional and cost competitive.
