I recently attended the fair, and unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. While the environment was pleasant, the issues with the staff and their policies regarding food allergies were deeply disappointing.

Firstly, as someone with multiple food allergies, I can't eat most of the food typically available at such events. To ensure I had something safe to eat, I brought my own food. However, the security staff stopped me at the entrance. Despite explaining my situation and speaking with the person in charge, I was told, "Well, you still shouldn't be bringing in food...you can either throw it away or leave." This response was both rude and unprofessional. I had no choice but to throw my food away and stay only for a few hours since my family was already inside.

Later, my little brother, who is eight years old, wanted to buy a "Hawaiian Bowl." When he asked the cashier which option was better, she rudely replied, "Are you stupid? They are the same thing." Her unkind remark made my brother cry, and we decided to leave shortly after.

Overall, this fair is not food allergy-friendly, and the staff desperately needs training on how to treat guests with respect. Our experience was awful, and we left feeling very disheartened. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve for future visitors.
