Working with Jana at Ad-Vance was my 1st time working with a staffing agency and because of the phenomenal job she did placing me, it will hopefully be my last! I was looking at a different position but Jana recommended I go for one at another company she had because she felt it would be a better fit and she was 100% on point. I LOVE my new job and the company so much it makes having a bit of a commute again worth it! Everyone was helpful and answered any questions I had immediately!!! Been on at Sumter County CDA through AD-Vance for going on my 3rd month now and I enjoy operating the heavy equipment and making contact with customers helping where I can.
