I had the pleasure of working with Rose at The Agency.
From the first phone call to inquire about hiring models for our first photoshoot, it was very evident to me that Rose and her team really care. We exchanged calls and messages with suggestions on locations and Rose went above and beyond from the first call, suggesting airbnb stays around potential shoot areas. This was all done BEFORE we even officially hired The Agency.

As I mentioned, it was one of our first major photoshoots with models for our company and I couldn't have imaged it going any better, all because of how prepared we felt with Rose's and the models' help.

Here are a few examples of the dedication, genuine care and professionalism experienced throughout a 2-month planning and execution process:

THE AGENCY/ROSE:
Rose was very flexible and creative with accommodating our budget. We had a certain vision for the shoot and Rose gave us options of what we can accomplish. There were countless phone calls, and LOTS of patience on her part as we planned out and changed our needs and vision. Rose genuinely wanted us to be happy and successful with our branding and photoshoot.

Rose provided a catalog of models that may be a good fit for us. She also had them send some photos of themselves in beachy wear (we were shooting on a beach, for our beach Brand). She was able to get us updated photos of all possible models in a timely manner (even while some models were away on vacation) AND they even provided some options for outfits the models already had. We then discussed model pairings/chemistry and cohesive clothing choices with pairings. This task itself was a great deal of work. Rose was always enthusiastic with many options.

The models were asked to wear mostly their own clothes (with our approval - that Rose and I worked diligently on), and did their own hair and makeup. Once I had a better idea of the "looks" we were going for, Rose went ahead and sent the models examples of lip colour and preference of their clothes we chose and hair styles.

She communicated daily sometimes a few times a day to ensure we were happy with our options and clothing. This also took alot of coordination on her part.

THE MODELS:
The models were well prepared, some had even practised the ideas of our shoot in studio with Rose and her team. Rose also sent me pictures of their classes which I found to be above and beyond (again).

The models ranged in age from late teens to mature models. We also hired a family. ALL of them were professional themselves, arrived ahead of schedule and with a suitcase of clothes options for our shoot in addition to the discussed clothes- this was the models going above and beyond.

The pictures and video turned out great- very natural. We are very happy with the outcome.

The models were great with taking direction, at times offering suggestions to help "the look." Overall, the models were so easy to work with- up for anything. We even had one model fix our beach cart when it broke on us, another model stayed past her time to help with the props of the next group and see if we needed any more help- it's was all so genuine.

I can not imagine a more successful shoot without the help of Rose and her team at The Agency and the professionalism and kind nature of the models. I cannot recommend this company and models enough! They made our vision come to life. We will be working with The Agency in the future. Thank you so much!!!
