I sometimes think I know what good customer service is and man did I totally get taught a huge lesson of customer service should be. My whole experience was wonderful. I had came in a little angry about something and they somehow changed my anger into a huge smile. I definitely recommend coming in this music store. They’re informative, smart, and calm cool collected. The vibes were right here! They make me excited to then come in again!

Kind service.
All the staff in there were very knowledgeable in the equipment.
You can also order online through them as well which is great.

I never asked if they have some kind of trade in or buy back program though.
If they do, I would continue to upgrade and purchase my equipment through them.

Dude, their guitars sound so sweet. And some of you are like, "I know". ? There's this awesome sound they're getting out of some of those guitars, they've got just about all the stuff you'd expect to find at a guitar center. They know their stuff, and the guitars they carry definitely show it. Cool spot, they even do repairs!

There is something for every person in this wonderful store. They have parts, pieces, accessories, music books, instruments, repair services and so much more. Definately the warmest and most courteous customer service I've ever encountered.. Walked in with my daughter was quickly asked if I would like to check out an instrument.. Asked for 12 string acoustic the gentlemen grabbed the last one hanging quickly tuned it up, without hesitation the most comfortable place I have been in a long time.. Just blown away ... Prices were just amazing.. If you hace instruments that need a tune up or service needed strongly recommend bringing it to them?thank you very much the "TAVARES FAMILY"..
