Brandon gets the job done quick and efficiently with a smile on his face. He responded immediately to my call right outside of Palmer! He confidently flipped my car back over and loaded it out of the ditch without a problem. He went out of his way to make it a slick and easy process. Thank you so much to the hard workers at ATEService today for getting me out so quickly. Today was a very busy day for all the tow service companies and I was looking at a 3hr wait but they made it their priority to get me out quickly? i definitely recommended these guys and will keep the number for in case of any emergency in the future!

Amazing service went above and beyond. My truck was stuck at the dealership for three months and wasn’t getting fixed. Brandon was able to cut through the red tape at the dealership and get my truck released. He recommended another shop that could actually perform the repair.

The dispatcher was not very nice. When I called and spoke with the wrecker driver, Brandon, he informed me that it would be up to two hours before he could get to me. I got a call back within 15 minutes and Brandon told me that he could get to me within 15 minutes. He said he was putting himself on the clock to help me out, He was absolutely amazing and very kind. I donated two 30+ year old Jeep Cherokees, that had been decorating my yard for a dozen years, to Vehicles for Veterans. Brandon came to Anchorage to pick them up, loading one on the bed of the wrecker, and coming again a week later to tow the other. He was very competent. He called about an hour before arriving, did a good job loading being careful not to damage my yard, and was here and gone in about twenty minutes.I was very impressed. If I ever needed a tow on the highway, or transport to a shop, i would would call Alaska Transportation Equipment Services.
