Carter's were really great to work with and customer service has been spectacular. We are a smaller church on lake Tenkiller and Carter's was the only company to even come and give a quote. They have worked with us before and after the install to help us understand and utilize our system. I would highly recommend to any church or company looking to upgrade their technology.

Carter's does not seem interested in servicing the products they sell. I have been calling them for a full month to get some help with controlling my unit after switching TV carriers. Was told the tech would come by last Wednesday, but he was a no show. Now he's coming by tomorrow 8 days later. I have my fingers crossed. The lower priced units at Best Buy might have been the better buy.

I have used Carters several times over the past few years to order items and to also have some repairs made. They have always been great to work with and have done a great job every time. I highly recommend them if you have any audio or video needs.

As a Vice President at a regional utility I was responsible for the complete remodel of the corporate offices. We needed significant upgrades in our a/v equipment: HD projectors, properly sized quality projector screens, large HD televisions, etc. All of the new equipmnet had to be integrated into our network. Carter's A/V won the bid and performed above our expectations. The quality of product and service was excellent and the service after the sale did not disappoint. Carter's A/V became our default supplier for all things A/V.
