All Talent Agency

Been a couple years since I’ve worked with them but they are an absolutely fantastic team. They were all very professional and patient with me and took time to answer all my questions, which was much appreciated.

ATA provided a lovely model for a recent photoshoot. My daughter and her worked well together and she got to keep some photos too. Much appreciated, smooth, straightforward process. Thank-you.

Our children are so proud to be with All Talent ? Sonia and Sofia are so engaging - direct communication wise and with the regular videos on socials, really feels like a community, really good for the kids to have access to advice at their own leisure as all live videos are also availableto view later if you'rea bit busy, parents too! There's a lot of thought goes into taking care of Talent as a community and it really shows. As parents we are at ease they will be taken care of under All Talent Agency, when they're older too. They're very new to the industry and young so they don't have direct questions to message Sonia yet, but we know as they grow if there's any questions at all they'll be comfortable coming forward themselves and be communicated well with due to our experience as parents ? We really wanted them to have an agency in Scotland and a legitimate one at that! We're so glad they've had such a positive experience and plenty work put their way! My daughter has been on All Talent Agency’s books since she was just a toddler. Sonia and her team are excellent - Fantastic agency to work for, Ava-Rose has had a few jobs and paid too which is also a bonus. Best talent agency in Scotland and 100% legit, beware as there are loads of scam agency’s out there. Highly recommend All Talent Agency ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I contacted All Talent Agency to apply for my children. I couldn't manage the upcoming Open Evening and they said they would send me application forms and T & C info, which they did. I assumed that this was sufficient to apply and register, therefore I completed and returned these. I got no response despite e-mailing again TWICE and eventually I called to find out if my children were/could be registered with them. I was told I had to attend an open evening to register (so sending me the forms was pointless and a total waste of everyone's time) and my children had to go as well. I asked if they did open events during the day or at weekends as my children go to bed at 7pm on week nights, and was told no, the staff all worked in the office during week days and didn't want to work weekends. Sadly this screams of a lack of professionalism and totally ignoring 3 e-mails is just plain ignorant, therefore I am no longer interested in using this agency. I would have given 1 star based on my experience however I known someone whose child is registered with them and has had some work so I gave an extra star for that reason alone!

This was my daughter's first shoot and she was looked after so well.She now wants to do more having had such a positive feeling from doing this. All Talent found the ideal first job for us and I can only give top marks for the way the three days went. Well done All Talent Agency and thank you so much for making a little girl so happy.

Sonya and the team have put my girls forward for many castings. Can I say the ones they have been successful in we have been paid no problem some longer than others but I don't expect it in 2 weeks. In general it'll probably be 4 weeks before they are paid. As for the grumpy people saying they paid so much to register All talent can ONLY put you forward. They cannot select you for the casting its up to the production team and if you don't tick every box and they want others that are more suited then so be it. This is a lottery some are more successful than others. A few things I can say is it annoys me when you are not notified to say you have been stood down. This is something all agency were bad at and only recently others have started to send you release notification. Maybe soon All Talent will do the same. This is much better as you can then use the time as you see fit instead of waiting on whether you're successful or not. One other point is that you are not advised before taking the job what the fee is where other agencies do tell you that way you can select if you want to be put forward.or not. Some places have parking some not Some have travel expenses I think this needs advised before you select available or not. Some people do it for income to make ends meet, we do it for pleasure and experience and fun ♡ So all been said I have no real grumbles. Production has lots of last min changes and a real lack of communication sadly if All Talent don't have the info they can't pass it on to you. My girls love casting and have had a few small.jobs and one big one where they thrived in everyone seeing them on an advert and bill boards. We Will continue to be registered with All Talent and hope some more head our way. I hope everyone knows this is a fair and honest review

Only been able to do a couple of extra work gigs but enjoyed each one thoroughly and, as a newbie extra, got lots of support from the all talent team both in signing up to the agency and when on the shoots from the production teams . Great agency for getting into some extra work and very interesting to do
