In 2012 I decided to fulfill a life long goal of recording a catalog of songs that I had written, so I reconnected with Rich Wenzel at Ardent Audio Productions. Since then we have recorded 33 songs on 3 albums, I still call them albums, and 1 Christmas single, all with Rich as my Producer and Arranger, Engineer as well as mixing and mastering all of these projects. My next project with Rich is re-recording an early 9 song album he produced and arranged, released in 1988. So that's 43 songs, all with stellar results.
Ardent Audio Productions provides all of the tools necessary to help create an excellent audio recording by utilizing a talented group of professional musicians to play on the tracks, drummers, guitarists, horn players, mandolin players, to backup singers and fiddle players.
The studio has a simple, down to earth atmosphere that, at times on my projects, seems like a gathering place for likeminded friends. There is a grand piano in the large tracking/rehearsal room with a drum kit that has permanent residence within the room visible to the right of the control room. There is a smaller tracking room directly in front of the console as well, both visible through large windows.
For whatever reason you need a studio, editing, mastering, recording, engineering, I highly recommend it.
The current project "Chapter 4" is nearly completed and soon to be released sometime this summer 2016. Watch for it...it's a good one!
