such an amazing experience! This is my second night in a row back! the staff is incredibly nice and the actors are extremely professional and terrifying! 10 out of 10 definitely will be back again and again!!! If you are looking for something for all ages and that’s gonna get you in the spooky mood there is no better place!!

Love this place. They definitely go all out and we went Saturday to the my bloody Valentine. When we went to leave for whatever reason my battery was dead so the nice workers pulled their jeep around and gave us a jump and we were able to make it back home before the storms hit. Great place. Great people. Highly recommend.

Had a great time. Staff were friendly and fun. Gift shop is very fairly priced and good isn't ridiculous either. Would suggest going early if you want to avoid lines.

Where do I even begin with this insane rollercoaster ride of a haunted attraction. From start to finish this masterpiece of an establishment of horror and orchestrated mayhem is mind-blowing. The sets, the actors, the staff are beyond words off the charts amazing. Don't even get me started on the amazing gift shop and the snacks. It is a heart pounding adrenaline rush from start to finish and can't wait to visit Arx Mortis again. If you want an adrenaline rush and one hell of a great time Arx Mortis is hands down the best haunt to attend. 10000/10 recommend

I wish I could leave no stars. Went here around 5 or 6 years ago, and it was horrible. Expressed my opinion on facebook and got blocked. Went to give it another shot tonight, which was still horrible. Walk forever through room to room, no actors. I didn't see anyone get scared at all. Not even a jump. And it is ridiculously overpriced. It is long, and you walk forever, and nothing happens. As big as this place is, and as much as they charge, they could do way better.

Update for 2024! No longer a 1 star review. They actually made me run screaming this year! Much, much improved! Way better than my previous 2 experiences. They keep this up, and I'll definitely be back again. I guess third time is a charm!

Very fun!! My adult friends and I had a ton of fun opening night, but honestly it would be great for older kids as well! Accordion guy was great, overall a great experience!

Nice Haunted house , the actors they hire definitely do their job , they will mess with you scream at you run behind you surprise you which is fun . Its big and fun . I like how they set up trails outdoors in between indoors . The robots work good and nicely set up . We also did the underground package which is little extra , it was worth it . They have photo booth at the end with green screen so you can take pictures with different scary backgrounds . All in all good nice fun place . Worth it .

Best haunted house I have ever been to! The actors are amazing, stay in character, and give the best scares. Their costumes and makeup are so realistic and you can tell they enjoy their performances. The scenes are so detailed and lifelike you easily slip into this alternative reality. The staff is very friendly and the gift shop is loaded with unique items!

The experience can’t be matched, I highly recommend going, you will not be disappointed!
