My company hosted a private event for our customers at At The Top and everyone had a great experience! Steve and Cleo were fantastic to work with and very helpful. The bartenders were on top of it as well as the other staff that was working our event. Location is easy to find and it's great that it's not directly on the street as we didn't have non-invited guests show up. All of our invited guests had a great time and we look forward to working with the team again!

I usually don’t write reviews but I needed to make this known. I would probably give this place a higher review for the DJ and staff on Jan. 20th but there was one MAJOR issue. My mother is in a wheelchair and with a venue that’s on the 2nd floor and to have the elevator malfunction was very upsetting. Cathy and the security team really assisted my mother when we needed use the restroom and finally getting the elevator operating again. Cathy, the really tall guy, Jen, the security guards, Jimmy the bartender and other staff really saved this place for me. If I do find my way back to Long Beach I’d really want to come back just for their top tier service. Ownership and GM of the venue however need to reevaluate their ADA requirements.

Went for brunch - won’t do that again.

I’ll be honest, my experience here was pretty sub-par.

I’ll explain:

I came with my bf to a luau brunch event that was held here on a Sunday 11-5pm. We paid $20 for general admission due to the day party upstairs.

We dined downstairs and had to order our food and drinks from the bar. There was only one bartender available and one server passing food, which seemed pretty odd since there was an event, then we soon discovered that most of the staff was upstairs? They seemed understaffed for a Sunday during brunch hours.

Ordering from the bar was a bit frustrating, having to carry drinks and champagne to our table. The bartender there didn’t seemed too thrilled to be at work or to serve. A little disappointing.

The menu was also pretty sub par. Only a few options, we ordered the vegetable medley, which was over priced and we payed extra to add egg (not sure why egg isn’t with a brunch item but that’s neither here nor there).

Serving size was decent. But food was forgettable. The individual who brought out our food seemed to be annoyed with us asking for the basics like salt and pepper, water, and jam. No water refills, no one checking in just to see how our meal was or if it was even right. The staff downstairs gave off an air like they didn’t really want to serve us, also seemed like they weren’t too thrilled to be filled with people of color. If you are bipoc, just know this is the type of service you may receive here.

Won’t visit again if I can help it. Would be nice to be served by a pleasant staff, rather than folks who seemed annoyed of our presence there. Didn’t feel welcomed at all.

I'm from Wisconsin and I saw the Long Beach dub All-Stars there after Cali vibes festival Friday night and I have to say that on that particular Friday night the sound at the festival really sucked up close but after the microphone fixes at the top we're done The band sounded so tight and so good I will say that it was better than the first day of the festival hands down

Been here several times and this night was no different. Great music great vibes and a good mix of people. If you're looking for a place to dance have fun this is a must visit
