I never usually bother to leave reviews, but Audiophile has such outstanding customer service I wanted to give my thanks! Staff were so responsive when I was placing my order and had questions. Shipping was super fast, and the album was packaged incredibly well to prevent any damage. The album is also in pristine condition, brand new as advertised. Audiophile goes above and beyond!!

Talked to two different employees at audiophile USA On the telephone , great Customer service ,ordered an album. Vinyl was supposed to be mint. Sleeve was supposed to be near mint, Both vinyl and sleeve ended up being mint in my opinion . Look like it was right off the shelf brand new,packaging Was great. Shipping was right on time. I'll be looking forward to doing more business with audiophile USA.
