I recently went in to buy a belt, one of your employees Eduardo Leon noticed a pulley that was busted up after looking into it, he then said it’s just a few bolts let’s change it real quick and he proceeded to do so for me. Really great customer service.

Marco at autozone is the best broke down at quick stop find out the universal joint exploded threw the drive shaft ruining the yoke Marco helped me press the joint in and everything if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have been home he needs a raise for what he did for me and the story’s of what he does for other 10 out of 5 starts

By far the best customer service I’ve ever had! Was heading to a concert from out of town and got a nail stuck in my tire so I came here for service. A man named Marco helped me buy what I need and also fixed my tire himself! He also aired my tire when finishing patching my tire himself. Super recommend this shop and can definitely find them reliable!

My and my girlfriend were on our way to Modesto when our vehicle started flashing a bunch of warning lights on the dash. I lost power steering cruise, control locked etc, the whole 9 yards.
Pullover at the nearest exit, and head toward the nearest autozone.
I thought me and my gf ran out of luck(cause I did not have my toolbox with me).
Turnout, it was a miracle that we ran into a man named Marco L.
Not only that he help us identify which was the issue(which was our failed alternator) but he also lend me the tools and give me guidance on how to replace my alternator.(also lucky that it wasn’t too busy at the time).
And with his tremendous helps, me and my gf were on our way to Modesto.

I cannot emphasize how grateful I am to have ran into someone as approachable and as willing to give a helping hands as mr. Marco L at Livingston Autozone.

I cannot recommend enough for anyone with any questions about their cars or interested in purchasing any parts, I can assure you that you will receive the best advice for your concern. Once again, I highly highly highly recommend Livingston Autozone!

Imagine having a trailer in the dark with no lights in the rain! We pulled into AutoZone on Winton Parkway and two employees came out, helped troubleshoot and resolved our problem. Marco and Juan restored our faith in humanity.
