CA Poppy Festival is back! No longer IN the park...but still near the 14 freeway for easy parking and access. Long lines to get in...but fewer vendors with crafts and unique items in tents outside. Community vendors and business booths inside. Long lines for food and drinks with lines stretched out across the hot blacktop midway. Bring a hat! Missing those shady trees from the days at the city park. More like a mini fair than a craft fair. No classic car show? Art displays are few and far between (see pic)...maybe the word didn't get out locally for submissions. Hope it will get better next year. Just grateful to see an event happening in town after two long years affected by Covid restrictions. Get some sunshine on your face, buy some kettle corn, and have fun anyway!

Decided to go to the fair today and was satisfied with the concession stands and various exhibits they had. A well rounded family oriented fair.

This year was the worst year yet...bi paid Money to get into a Fair so I could spend money with vendors. The food out right way too expensive with no value. Games way more expensive.. I will now if I get a itch to go to a Fair I Wil go to a County fair...this was awful... the money I spent on parking entrance fee and than food was just the worst I have seen it.. I am not going to a Antelope Valley Fair for awhile.... just sad the a local Fair has priced us oit

Went to our local fair for concerts and fair food. We had fun with our friends watching the band Styx. Enjoyed a chicken kabob.
