I like the service and the size of the place. It's got big open spaces, lots of room for staging and HMU, loads of parking, and theres a clear plan for electrical distrobution. The staff is knowledgeable and experienced. I guess this place kinda falls short in the random nature of some of the sets and their design. Like windows will be butted up against the fire lane or have no clear access. Some of the office sets are tough to work in cause they're real offices that have been repurposed. But overall my experiences here have been positive, and they grow more positive with each visit.

This place is great! Just did a scout and theres plenty of ideas from this place. Also unlike other studios, they let you use ladders and water hoses etc for free. The service is great here!

Been coming to Ave Six for over 10 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Friendly staff and very professional. Lots of different looks to choose from and even a small east coast backlot in the parking lot. Much cleaner than most stages around town too. Highly recommended to anyone for a big or small shoot. I have a project in the works and will be back here soon!

I have Art Directed well over 30 different shoots at Ave. Six Studios over the years and have used all of the standing sets, their backlot, and installed partial and entire sets at the facility.

From a design perspective, Ave. Six offers me the ability to created unique designs for my clients by providing what I call a “great foundation” to build on. For example, the wood plank floor in the East Stage would cost $1000’s of dollars to install in a raw stage. By installing sets on this ready made floor, I can put my clients art budget towards other design elements more critical to their project. This also holds true for larger sets when I need to incorporate their standing set walls into my designs.

Ave Six has great logistics (location, parking, truck space, easy load-in) They also have an exceptionally accommodating and wonderful staff whose goal is to help productions in their work, not hinder them. For example, on my last shoot there I was allowed to use Ave. Six backdrops in my designs from one of their stages not rented by the production company because it wasn’t booked by anyone else.

Ave. Six Studios is a great, unique stage facility and an invaluable resource for Art Directors looking to deliver the most for their clients. I would ( and have many times) recommended them without reservation.

Good flexible studio space, very helpful stage managers, and responsive management all help to make production at Avenue Six hassle free. We're beginning our 5th year of shooting a digital series on the East stage and it's been a great experience.

Clean large studio space. Plenty of backgrounds and walls to choose from. Right next to the 405 so I would avoid any exterior shots personally but they have a nice east coast city outdoor set. The sound stages seemed nice and quiet but the one we had was open to the office area and we had a few interruptions. Overall a great location with easy load in and out being flat. I can't speak to the value as I only worked a job sorry.

Horrible Horrible management. The lady who owns the space Samantha doesn't know how to deal with clients, having an lazy stage manager behind. it's a nice space, but they're many nice spaces in this city without horrible rules and management

Horrible... Locations manager had no idea where any of the gear might be. The so called "100 amp" gang boxes provided are either, literally burnt out, useless, or are not 100 amps of power. Let's do the math.. 4 circuits with 4, 20 amp breakers, that's.. .hmmmm....80 amps. But then like previously stated supposed 100 amps. Ohhhh wait....they're 50 amp tie ins. So...how many people should we be putting in danger? Helpful reminder, 2 amps across the heart will kill anyone.
