if i could give a zero star i would . this staffing wasted my time by applying , come in for the onboarding test & they told me they’ll email me on Sept 24 or 25 for Sept 26 orientation. i called them & they said they pushed back the orientation for the 3rd of Oct due to the person thats do the training was not there . On the 2nd of Oct i called them again & the manager told me Alma is working on it & she’ll send it to me smh till this day i haven’t receive any email . DO NOT work with this staffing they’re full of lies & they’re wasting yall time . i feel like theyre scamming people since they had our docs . yall better watch out i’ll take yall to court if yall ever mess with my infos . i dont even know why did i even applied to yall smh no wonder why yall stars only 3 . BAD BAD STAFFING ❗️

This place is grossly unorganized & unprofessional.

YOU are to arrive 15 min early prior then appointment time, if YOU are late then you cannot “Test” but find it perfectly except a Acceptable for them as the staffing agency to be running two hours behind.

There too many people & not enough seats & that is because they do not value you as a human or your time.

Do not waste your time at the staffing agency it is obsolete and useless at this point I encourage every single person to get same-day pay with WONOLO Download application right now you can work on Monday and have Wednesday morning

I don’t know if my review got deleted, but I’ll post it again. I work for balanced staffing about a month ago and when I applied, I told Erika that I would need an overnight job. I specifically told her that working overnight was my preference. I start the job at springboard manufacturing and four days into my first week I’ll mention That I was excited to go to the overnight shift just to find out that it wasn’t available. I contacted Erika and let her know that I would need to work the overnight position and she responds by letting me know just because when they hired me Was available doesn’t mean it’s available Now. Just a quick backstory in my son is starting kindergarten soon; I’m a single father and in order to Able to work and take him to school I need to work overnights. Erika knew all these things, She still put me in the position And now I’m in the worst position possible being homeless And not having a job. I just want to say to the people who are applying through balance To make sure that Erika gives you The shift you asked for. Then what makes it worse is She still posting available positions now That offer the overnight shift. It’s a big slap in the face to me because she advertised a position and now I am the one who has Deal with the consequences of not having the position. I really thought Erika was a good person, but I was wrong.

Balance Staffing is a great place to work for. Sandy Malloy was able to find me work in 2 days. I had an interview over the phone and was hired during the phone call. She is a great person with great skills focus ing on employment for her clients. With that being said I will give her 10 stars. Go ahead and give them a call. They will find you work. Honestly, I am so glad I came to Balance Staffing when I needed work. Within a day, my worker Linda got me working with great pay, in a position I could do well in. When that assignment ended, she had me back to work the very next day. One time when I was REALLY struggling, Linda even helped me with gas money to get to work, that definitely helped a lot!! Couldn't be happier with my decision. The people here really find work for you that you will appreciate. If you are in need of work I highly suggest Balance Staffing.

Balance Staffing is great. I love Nancy Yang that works there. She always go out of her way and beyond to let me know what they have opens on. Can she be my recruiter instead? I feel like mine does not keep me posted or reply back when I email, text or leave a voice mail. Melina is awesome as well, when I first started working and wanted to find out if my first check is in or not and she sure let me know within a few hours.
