I am happy that this bookstore is still open. I don't get to it often as it's way across town but did frequent when my kids were younger. Love the game options, music, books and gift selection. There is a Starbucks inside to enjoy. So nice to be able to stroll this store.

Barnes & Noble never disappoints! I was able to find the “About My Life” grandparents’ books as a Christmas gift for my parents from my children. The store had a great selection, and the staff was super helpful in pointing me in the right direction. My girlfriend and I went to the store on Monday during lunch to browse the anatomy books and get coffee.

One of the store employees, without trying to hide it, kept following us around the store, and the only way I made him go away was after I grabbed a basket. As I was walking to the basket with a book in my hand, he started jogging towards me, probably thinking I was going for the door.

After that, I brushed it off as him just doing his job. Times are weird, I get it. A few minutes later, when my girlfriend went to ask another employee if they had an unopened version of a puzzle on the floor, the employee never came back after he said there were two in the back.

I will not be coming back here if the weekday employees are this outrageous. The weekend shifts are always nice though.

Went there on January 11, 2025. Manager on duty was very hostile for no reason so I gave hostility back. I didn't catch his name but you can point out someone that hates their life at home and takes it out at work from a mile away. Guy is 6ft around 55 or older, glasses and very short gray hair. A price came up wrong on register cause it didn't match the shelf so I asked the cashier and she asked on the radio. The guy came up very loud voice yelling "They are what they come up as" with his hand in the air being loud like that in a bookstore my 3 year old was with me so I eneded up not getting those items and buying my sons book. The cashier said" I am sorry, he came off way more hostile than needed ". I told her it wasn't her fault and I proceeded to walk out and told the a hole "Thanks for nothing". He was very unprofessional and hostile.

Very rude older lady working at the Starbucks, she caught an attitude while I was trying to place a order. Then continued to keep on getting date dots for setting up instead of stopping and helping.

We had an unfortunate run in with the manager also. He was very rude and unprofessional. Apparently he does not like helping customers.
