We got our son a cello for Christmas and the unit needed a little TLC. Brought it in and the owner made some minor adjustments and it now sound like a Stradivarius! Very please with the price and quality of work. Will def refer people and use them in the future.

A great little spot for instrument needs and repairs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are competitive. The selection is on the smaller side, but I was able to find what I wanted, or a perfectly good substitute. I'm ecstatic to have found this place.

I rented a Korg keyboard for a Luau. My musician had never played a Korg before and he was delighted with the instrument as were all the party guests. In addition the keyboard cost me $45 for a week. Guitar Center charges $89 per day for a similar Yamaha keyboard plus $89 deposit. The Korg came with a stand, a sustain pedal and even a stool. The Yamaha did not. And the people working at Bertrand's were just wonderful. They specialize in band instruments for students.

Thanks to Bertrand music and Ed Chung I have the pleasure of having my ‘66 Hofner bass back to sounding great again. I had at least three other local people work on it and got no satisfying results. A friend pointed me to Bertrand’s and the guitar tech Ed Chung took care of it and now it is hard to put the bass down! Thanks much Jim, Mark and Ed!!!
