I bought a LG Samsung TV 43 inch for 260$ for my daughter‘s birthday on January 12, 2025.She opened it watched it for one day and it kept turning off. It would not turn back on at all after 1 day.I try to take it back with my receipt the very next day and they refuse to replace it with another one ..Shame on the manager and Best Buy.Do not buy Samsung AI tv from here or any tv from here.I googled it and this is a common problem with the Ai tv.After showing them and the tech guy checking it out they also tried say there was a scratch on the screen but we took a picture of it before hand and caught them in a lie.

Came in to the store to buy a monitor a week ago and but the system had a problem and I had to wait for around 20-30 mins just for me to get checked out and I understand that and gave them my patience. Came back yesterday to return the open-box that I bought because it started flickering white lines but the old guy in the checkout lines, Gary, just seems to have barely any patience and cannot accommodate customers properly and seems to be a smart ass as well. Instead of just answering my question he just keeps saying, "just look at the receipt, just look at the receipt," and "it's not physics," like I gave you my patience the other week and now when I'm just asking a simple question this guy can't seem to give the same patience I gave them?

My husband and I went to Best Buy in Union City to buy a Samsung TV, we already knew what we wanted and unfortunately the TV was not in stock. One of the employees offered an alternative, exact same TV just older 2023 model and guaranteed it was in stock. We went ahead and purchased and delivery was scheduled for Sat. 1/25/25. 1 day before delivery we get an email stating order would be cancelled because the TV was not in stock. How did we buy a TV that wasn’t in stock in the first place?!
My husband went into the store and spoke with the ‘manager’ who did not have a name tag on and refused to give his name, every time my husband asked he would change the subject or talk about something else. My husband asked how it’s possible we were sold a TV that was not in stock, when in fact the employee who sold it to us said they had it. The manager asked ‘did you physically see him go to the back to check’? What a joke!! So it’s our responsibility as customers to make sure the employees do their job correctly?! My husband tried to work with him STILL and get a deal on another TV and was basically told no. So instead of trying to give a reasonable discount for all our inconvenience he would rather have an upset customer and save a few bucks. This store has horrible customer service and so called manager is a joke. Will never shop here again.

I was terrified of going into Best Buy this Saturday before Christmas. The store in Union City was calm, which I found hard to believe. The employees were all in a good mood I was greeted. People were helpful. It was honestly the best experience I’ve had in a big box store.

I order a washer 2-3 day’s ago the service was okay. Today the washer came it look good and then I try it and the water kept leaking out so I ask the guys that came if they could take it because it wasn’t working but they said they couldn’t and I got mad at them because I brought a washer that doesn’t even work and now I got to wait just to get my money back this is some bullshit

Excellent service a person greeted me as soon as I entered the store and asked me if I needed help finding what I needed. I thanked him and asked for the product I was looking for. The person happily directed me to the right section of Apple airpods, and I found my product and went to the cashier to pay for it. I spent 5 minutes in and out. Very fast services for this Best Buy store.
