I bought a Fender beginner guitar with case from Joseph for a very fair price. He carries some B stock guitars which are perfectly fine quality except for some minor blemish. Perfect for a beginner.
I later bought a beginner Cordoba classical which was also B stock bargain and was what I needed for my class at Palomar College.
Good, knowledgeable people. I always like supporting the local Escondido businesses.
They also have a rent to buy plan.

We have been customers for about 7 years. We have gone through violin, guitar, and piano lessons. We have also rented saxophones for band. All instructors have been wonderful. My son (8) really loves Jazzmine Farol for piano. She is patient on days he may be tired, and can meet his energy on days he has a ton to share. The entire staff is amazing, including the owner, Joseph. Check them out for great a customer experience!

B&H Music is a true gem for aspiring musicians. Over the years they've helped me with guitar setups, referred me to someone who could help service my tube amp, and most importantly, set me up with an incredible voice and piano teacher, Jazzmine Farrol, who provides on-site lessons.

Jazzmine's credentials speak for themselves: a college degree in music, she performs multiple live gigs each week, and I'm pretty sure she owns one of the time-turners from Harry Potter because she has an actual legion of students that she teaches each week, and I'm not sure where she finds the time. You don't get that many repeat customers unless you're one of the best, and she truly is.

All that to say: if you're looking for *the* place to go for musical training or related services, this is it.

This place is a great independently owned mom & pop kind of shop. The people that work here are really helpful and they have a lot of supplies! They make good use of their limited space and find a way to pack a ton of things for instruments. I took a few guitar lessons with the owner as well, hes a great honest business man and an all around good guy. It seems like they have a really good range of teachers for different instruments. I would recommend just stopping by to check it out!

My wife had found a free (HaHa) left handed guitar for my granddaughter.
We stopped at B&H to get a case for it. Joseph noticed it had the incorrect strings on it. Understanding as a former musician, I had him restring the guitar. He also suggested a capo, so my very short granddaughter could learn to play.

Arriving at my son's house, we were treated by my grandson and granddaughter spontaneously practicing together.
