Very knowledgeable staff with Backline, Electronics, Music gear including installations and custom designs. I used the recording studio and was really impressed with the quality and they can do the final mix down for the required upload specs for all the music and book apps!!

I needed a music stand for a last minute Christmas gift for my daughter. They were sold out. I told him my daughter was practicing her flute and having to read her music without a stand and was using the staircase and other ways just to be able to practice. He went home and got his own music stand just for her!
He also sold me a great deal on a Les Paul

If you're looking to record a video demo, look no further. Brent and Mike are great and had a great set-up. They also have some audio equipment and a even a few hard to find guitars for sale. Great guys with a great business.

Very friendly service. I had my Les Paul rewired after a nightmare experience with a shop in Monroe, La. Big Event did a superb job with my guitar! I also had a guitar with a Floyd Rose turned into a hard tail by blocking the tremolo. The prices are very reasonable and the service is great.
It’s over 100 miles from home but Big Event EARNED a new customer!

I bought a lot of things from Brent when the store sold instruments and amps and was always happy with them. Unfortunately, things have changed. I brought a guitar in that needed a rewire job. I was aware they were busy with festivals but they kept my guitar for 2 months and finally called and told me they didn't have time to fix it. Needless to say, I wont be back.
