Had a great experience at IRA USED CARS in Exeter. They detailed my 2020 Chevy Colorada andbdidba great job. The truck looks brand new inside and out. In addition to the great work done, I was able to get an appointment right away. The cost was on par or lower than other services in the area. In closing it was a great experience all the way around.

The service person who checked me in was fantastic. So informative that I actually went home and looked at the dealerships inventory. The person who checked me in told me via text that afternoon my car was not done yet and we would touch base in the a.m. I received a text the same evening and videos (which were great & extremely helpful) The technicians told me they could just replace it and since it was a part that had to be removed via the recall they wouldn't charge the labor. Just pay for the part or it would be greatly reduced. No quote was given to me in these videos. I thought wow this place really turned around. I work the night shift at a hospital, so I figured I would touch base in the morning like the service advisor said. I woke up at 9am to call in (on four hours of sleep). I checked my phone and I had a missed call at 7:26a.m from the service manager to call back within 10 minutes if I wanted the plastic cover replaced. I immediately called them and he said it was too late. I stated I never got a chance to even say yes to the repair. He then copped an attitude with me letting me know that my other work phones answering machine said hours and I should be up? That's my spouses local business- not me. Instead of waking up and fighting with a manager from BMW I calmly asked how much it would be for the part and I received a verbal quote only that morning for $1600.00. So thanks to that service manager for making up a repair decision for me which would have been greatly reduced if he didn't give a night shift worker 10 minutes to call back at 7A.M. Thanks but no thanks, I'll do it myself, and continue going to the Peabody location like I had been.

De’Marien Joseph (Client Advisor) and Andrew Morin (General Sales Manager) have been by far the most respectful and easiest people to work with when purchasing my new BMW. What a great place to purchase your car and have it serviced. The whole experience was very easy and no pressure. Kevin our salesman was a great guy very knowledgeable and friendly. I just had my car serviced today and was pleasantly surprised with not only the price but again how easy it was and low pressure. Bmw Stratham really is a good place to buy !

Excellent experience from start to finish. I worked with Dana Hurrell on a specific model that was in stock. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive and provided a flawless sales experience from initial online contact to the delivery process.
