Let me start by saying the staff that worked the event i attended were absolutely wonderful. This was a nice place for the event we attended. Wish the seats were more comfortable. Now, the prices at the concession stand were outrageous. $5.00 for a 20oz coke and $3.00 for a 16oz water. Then, they do not allowing out side drinks so that one has to pay their price gouging prices! Event centers like this is a great place to take your children to teach them what price gouging is. There are other lessons one could teach from this also.

The auditorium itself was big. It hosted 4,000 guests for my son's high school graduation. The seats were cramped, literally elbow to elbow with strangers. Barely any leg room, we kept feeling our neighbors behind us, kneeing our head and shoulders. The entrance is bottle neck, and the exit doors didn't work to leave the facility; we had to exit the same way we came it. It was extremely crowded and overwhelming.

It was great parking. It was clean. The staff was friendly the floor seats were to close and you couldn't see the entertainers because of the whatever that device placed in the stage area. Especially having to pay $75.00. But other than that. I had a great time. And the Officer there I felt safe

Nice old place. Needs to be updated and remodeled. The step in the balcony and just below are to high of a step. Older people and people with bad knees have a problem getting up and down. There’s nothing to hold on to and the seats are so low you can’t grab them. Also men’s restroom ceiling looks like it’s falling in. Stall have no doors for privacy for when a man needs to use a toilet. One of the sinks didn’t work.

I enjoyed a conference here but the entire time from 8:30 till 5:30 the air conditioning was never turned on. I was miserable. I will not come to this venue again.

This is a nice venue, but I needed an elevator and more bathroom choices. Had a great time!
