Very disappointing experience. I have used Brand in the past with great success, but this last time was a cost and massive massive time set back to our company, as well as a huge cluster of new problems to have to solve. We explained to Cory, we need a commercial talent, that will be for a show and needs to be consistent. We DO NOT want to switch talent. We also told the talent Magnussen Grace, that we need to know you're in this for the long haul. We don't want to build an audience who subscribe to a talent then switch them out. She said she's in. So we filmed, then we paid someone to edit the video and paid another person to do visual animations for the Youtube intro and ending page. Our whole grow model for several strategies was based off getting this video out and published. Then the talent informs Brand she's moving literally several days later. We reached out to both Brand and the talent. We told Brand we would pay her thousands of dollars to find a place so she can stay. For free, we weren't even asking her to work it off and we will continue to pay brand for her use. We just need to keep this consistent and were told it was a housing situation. She said she would call back and never did. Which is extremely unprofessional on her part aside from Brand. Brand tried to fix this sloppy mistake with sending us ONLY 2 others talents that weren't even close. As if paying again for another different talent after the other one who we can not publish would make it all better. Not only did we waste money on the talent, but the editing, animations, and the video shoot time, as well as the 3-4 week set back this has caused us. It's been three weeks today since we reached out to her and Brand and no one has reached out since. This could have been a multi year once a week gig for both her and Brand, but looks like both were just interested in making a quick buck and burning a bridge. The lesson we learned that we can pass on to you is to make a contract for both the agency and the talent to stick to. Be advised.

This is an honest and legit modeling agency located in Orange County, CA. The whole team is dedicated to developing and expanding careers, and being more involved as a model seems to only help things along regarding communication, online portfolios, and securing bookings. Ethically managed, and focused on protecting/never exploiting their models and actors. Great place to be apart of, especially if you are looking for representation in OC!
