Started off fine thanks the security guy decided to say a service dog wasn't allowed to sit in the area and was threatening to kick us out because we asked to speak to manger and he said not going to do that. We came to enjoy my kids 9th birthday and he had to miss it up. They need to know the rules of service animals.

Your security guard did threaten to kick us out after showing him the laws of service dogs in a place that does have food and it was in it the rights to be there. And after your guard wanted to have a fit and not know the laws and didnt want to get management made her have a panic attack in the restroom for 45 minutes after.

Awesome place to bring the family. The food is reasonable and the staff is super friendly. The place is clean even the bathrooms. The kitchen does run a little behind but is not the staff but the equipment they have. The ring is in good condition and supervised at all times. They had a skating class and ring time for advanced skaters. It is a family place and I felt comfortable with my family there. Although, the music at times had profanity for the most part it was good. Had a great time even bought some skates. Since the entrance fee is cheap I can afford to bring my family more often.

First of all these reviews disappointed me! I’ve never been here before and I was going based off of the “Positive Reviews”. Let’s start off with 1 they NEVER answer their phone. I’ve been trying to call them for three days straight, that’s a red flag right there but still wanted to think positive and assume they were always so busy. I spent my daughter’s 6 birthday there with no party package and they gave us a hard time from the time we walked up to the front. I had some of my guest tell me that the people (Females) in the front had an attitude and wasn’t clear about things. The one male at the front was extremely nice though. Any other rink would allow a small bouquet of balloons and at least gifts!! A cake? Okay understandable we couldn’t have there. I asked to speak with a manager which was Erick at the time and being first time guest there he allowed for me to put her cake in his fridge but didn’t accommodate with anything else. If they would’ve answered their phone these are all details I would’ve already before coming!!

Secondly, THE FOOD! I wanted to order pizza for all and they RAN OUT OF PIZZA!!!!!!!!!!! And only had small nachos, little bit of hot dogs and drinks left which were 6 dollars a cup. I wanted to at least buy cups for my guests and 8 cups were coming out to $51. There was another manager behind this counter and he had a bad attitude including the ladies that work at this counter. The families who had a party package OH they were for sure fed! I asked them sooo what is there to eat for all the other customers who are here to skate!!!!! The rude lady with the darker black hair paler face slim she had her hair pulled back this night told me am I going to order something because if I am I’ll be the last customer before they completely shut down the snack bar for the night…… (SHUT DOWN) & tried to rush me out of the way with the manager standing right behind her. We’re all hungry including my kids. Pathetic!!! & their soda machines taste weird. Some of the staff , the management at this place and managers are horrible here!

The bigger manager sat down at his desk the whole entire time on his phone with another worker sitting right in front on him stuck on his phone too. This manager(s) wasn’t walking around checking on things and to see how everyone was doing and if they were satisfied or not. That’s not real management. Someone needs to take over this place for the better because this rink has potential!! The only good thing I could say about this place is the male and female who works at the skate rental spot and the rink is good. The management of this place and some of the staff makes this roller rink look bad!

Chance thank you for the time we had here. This was my first time here and the customer service was so amazing. It was my daughter bday and everyone was really professional. From the girls in the front desk all the way to the staff on the floor, every members customer service was phenomenal. We will definitely be back.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve been going here for over 2 years now trying to learn to skate and everyone, staff and guests, are always so helpful and friendly. I’ve only been to the afternoon and evening sessions (not the night ones) but so far every session has someone who is learning or you can learn from. The music is usually always good and the ambiance is one of my faves from the LED signs, lighting and disco ball. My only gripe with this place is the $5 spectator fee. I know it’s a business but it prevents me from bringing friends/family who don’t skate along cause $5 to just sit is kinda wild. Or maybe that’s the point cause this place does get pretty crowded especially in the late evenings. But other than that, I love it here.

This place is so much fun. I like that it is clean, stays busy but still big enough for everybody to enjoy the time there.. today, I was told at the door I couldn't bring my water bottle, but clearly a lot of people were bringing theirs. I asked the security guy why I wasn't allowed to bring mine in because it was obvious there were so many that did. He didn't know what to say, besides "I'm sorry, that's what I was told." I was not very happy 😞 but, anyway, my kids enjoy coming here.. they also have a few rules when skating, but there were a lot of people standing by the wall, talking to people and goofing around, even after the employee told over the speaker, to not stop, to keep going.. so, the rules don't apply for everybody.. these are a few of many things I noticed.. Be safe when you come. There are a lot of reckless people. 😳

Safe and fun family night out! Went Sunday night 6 to 830pm
- snack bar reasonable prices and professional workers
- music selection, mix of old r&b and stuff on current radio
- one game, dice game. Done very quickly, had backward skaters, advanced backwards. No speed skating and no other games.
- NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED. They check bags.
- first session of the day and restroom stall out of toilet?!
