I'm not one to go and give negative reviews but this company is ridiculous when it comes to customer service. Multiple times you've skipped picking up my trash when the can was out by the curb the day before my pick up. I've had 2 work orders put in the last 2 weeks to have my trash picked up. They've already been down my road today and still skipped picking it up with 2 work orders in. Cards you have to do better. Your main focus is customer service but it isn't showing.

Just want to give cards a good review. My husband forgot to take the trash out last week, so we had a BUNCH of trash. I had 2 trash cans full at the top of my fence. Down by the road was the cards trash can. They got out came to the top of my driveway and took all the trash! Was not expecting it, and it definitely was super nice! First day of service!

Cards recently bought our local trash service. I never received an invoice or account paperwork in the mail nor received any phone calls or anything regarding my new account with them, and getting in touch with anyone in customer service is a nightmare. When I finally was able to reach someone, they stated that my account was on hold for failure of payment. I told them "how is my account on hold whenever I haven't been able to reach anyone to get my account set up? Also- my trash was picked up yesterday?"

The CS representatives response was "We don't pick up trash until today." Again, my trash was picked up the day prior. I was able to get my account information and pay the balance to "get my account off hold".

Now, two weeks later, my bank was charged 3 MONTHS of services!! Then to receive a "bill" for the amount charged to my bank account the following day. I have tried and tried to reach customer service and no one answers the phone.

I was also told I would be receiving trash cans two weeks ago, hasn't happened.

I will be looking for a local trash service to transfer to and I suggest anyone who's trash company is bought by them to do the same!!

Update: Finally got in touch with someone and the lady was EXTREMELY rude!! I have never experience such poor CS. She proceeded to tell me that I haven't been charged anything, and demanded I show proof it was taken from my bank account. I told her that wouldn't be a problem! I also told her it is showing charged on their own website as pending charge, and she said "it doesn't count until it hits our bank account". Excuse me?

I then proceeded to ask why I was charged 3 months of service. She said "when we bought this company we went to quarterly billing". I told her I was not made aware of this. She just said, "Well, sorry. You will be billed quarterly. Thanks."

I hung up on her. I didn't even get a chance to ask about the trash bins I haven't received.

WOULD RATE ZERO IF POSSIBLE!!!
Cards is a complete joke of a company, horrible customer service just horrible all the way around!...I ordered an extra can this past June good til end of the year so Jun-Dec, I get another charge beginning of Dec for almost $65, so I call ask why the charge of course it's for the next installment, to which I ask to just cancel because we don't use it enough to justify another $65, she says "sure no problem we'll just refund it back to you" nothing else, i made multiple calls spoke to the same person and no mention at all of any other type of charges. So mind you I've paid to have the extra can til the end of Dec, couple days later I notice they've already got the can 3 weeks early, and they charged me $27 of the $65 just for picking it up. There's a reason they are the cheapest bids, you get what you pay for!
The company itself IS GARBAGE!!!

The company has not picked up my trash in two weeks. I've emailed and called customer service multiple times and they have still not handled the situation. When I tried to talk to a manager today, they were too busy being in a meeting to talk to me. I thought their business was more important, but obviously not. I even told them yesterday via email, before I called today, that I was going to ask for a manager and to please have one available. They refused to take my call. The customer service employee told me that they told her to take my number and that they would call me back after the meeting. I originally called around 9:30 AM and they never called back today (it's now in the evening) and never came to get the trash, so now it will have to stay out all weekend.

I'm over them and I'd tell you that if there is any other service provider available in your area to use them.

So apparently, they deleted my old review because I always come back to edit it when they make a mistake lol. They have skipped my trashcan at least six times! a few times was because the neighbors parked cars in front of our house which is more understandable this time they completely skipped it again! Now after Christmas my trash can is completely over feeling in my brother leaves right before they come through our neighborhood and he said there was no cars parked in front of our house!

This trash service took over awt sanitation 12 weeks ago in my area and have missed our pickup day every single week. 4 of the weeks they never picked up and gave us a whole 9 dollars off our bill. The customer service reps are awful. Every time I call in they accuse us of not having the cans out by the road. I spoke to a manager finally two weeks ago and she promised us they would pick up every Monday and the past two weeks we are still calling in for a pickup. They made me take pics of the trash cans by the road then told me I can’t have the lids open. This was absurd because it was 4 days after our scheduled pickup so it was overflowing. Instead of apologizing and making it right, they look for any reason to deflect blame. A good company would be accountable, this isn’t it. We watched them drive past us completely and there is no way they didn’t see them. Look at the pics. We do have other options so will be switching. Stay far away from this company and save yourself a lot of time and money.
