In my 15 years plus dealing with extended warranties Gene was the best. Normally its a horrible experience but Gene delivered a five star experience. Give this man a promotion he loves his job. As a service manager I will say Gene is an exception to the norm. Great job.

Called in a customer service contract and was hold for like ten minutes. BTW this call was made during lunchtime. Growing impatient listening to the same classical song for the fifth time and then my knight and shinning amour answers my call. It was Gene getting lowered from above by white doves!! Gene, my hero! I’ve been doing this for over 30 years and this is by far the most efficient and quickest service I ever received. In my case, I had a client that has traveled from upstate New York to go see her father and she was stranded here and now she is even happier that she got the Tire approved quickly and expeditiously, and she’ll be able to continue her trip to see her father and be there for his birthday. Marnia was professional and courteous and prompt. I was really impressed. My client was even more impressed.
